===Band Information===

Slyder was a Hobart band with the Zarins as the crux whose original style was fairly lightweight AOR like late-80s '''Def Leppard''' (but they were playing it earlier). The Zarins joined [[Tyrant]] in late 1982 and soon moved to Sydney. When '''Tyrant''' came to an end in 1986, Slyder reformed and continued with that band’s predilection for LA-style sleaze metal and [[ACDC|AC/DC]]-inspired hard rock. Slyder issued a single in 1990 but by then had almost run out of steam.
