The band's first EP ''Where the Wolves Fear to Tread'' was one of Skull and Bones' first releases. After that appeared in 2007, the band went on to support [[I Killed the Prom Queen]] and played at the Perth leg of the Soundwave festival in 2008, along with doing shows alongside '''Bring Me the Horizon''' and '''Killswitch Engage'''. Former [[Gallows for Grace]] guitarist Joel Dimasi joined Anime Fire in the same year and in early 2009 a second EP release emerged.
