Band information
As Silence Breaks is a Sydney-based death/metalcore band, formed in 2005. After several years of solid gigging including two consecutive tours with the Taste of Chaos festival, the band linked up with New Justice as released a self-titled album in early 2010. Shows with The Red Shore and Whitechapel followed. Early in 2011 they toured with Darkest Hour and Carnifex and mid-year opened the Periphery/TesseracT double bill in Sydney, releasing a new EP at the same time. As Silence Breaks has since announced plans for touring and recording in the US late in 2011.
