Band information
Scar the Surface is a melodic metalcore band from south east Melbourne, formed in 2006. They released an album during 2007 and have since begun to make inroads interstate, playing shows with Psycroptic on their national tour in November 2008. Some line-up changes occured after this and during 2009 the band completed the EP "Take Your Fight to the Sun" which was released in February 2010, ahead of a national tour and shows with bands like Static X and Dope. Scar the Surface opened for The Haunted in May 2011.
