Band Information
Naiad played dark and atmospheric rock in the Tool mould, with the significant difference being a strong female vocal presence and the liberal servings of genuine doom metal. The band formed in the mid-90s and gigged heavily almost from the outset for the first few years, after which Naiad laid low for some time, playing only occasionally while concentrating on developing their dark and intricate sound. When Beezy left however Naiad ground to a halt.
