Chaos Theory is a Melbourne power metal band that has existed since 1998. The band released a six track CD in 2004 with the line-up of Caveman, Quiintus, Wilson, Hennessy and Torcasio,  with Lai added a short time later. By mid-2005 Emslie had replaced Torcasio and Merco Gribic was brought into the band on bass. Work began on a full length album that was completed in mid-2006 but has not yet seen release. As of 2007, it would appear that only Quiintus remains in the band.
