Band information
Modern Murder is a Sydney four piece formed by Matt Ellis and Christian Lauria, who had previously played together in Oxygen Mary. The band has a modern metal style with progressive and experimental elements drawn from influences like Mastodon and Meshuggah. Following a formative period, the group began playing live during 2011 and shortly released the debut No Cadence.
