Band information
Supremacy is a Melbourne band that has existed since 1994. Jadi-Anne and Monika Dee have been the primary membership over the course of the group's history. Combining an often confused musical approach with fairy-tale witch imagery, Supremacy's early recorded works are amateurish and best left unexplored. Following the departure of Kath Ramon and Dom Pinto (who has since joined Crimsonfire, Supremacy appears to have matured musically and shifted focus toward a slightly progressive and symphonic metal style while retaining the "witch" look (pointy hats, magic symbols). The "Angel" EP was a marked improvement and features guest vocals from Tobias Sammet of Edguy. Live, the group has included other female metal musicians including members of Bowelmouth and Tribal Clown. Former Dark Order guitarist Nawar Dalati joined the group some years ago and in 2007 the album Vicious Circle was released.
Supremacy is booked to play some shows in Europe during 2008.
