Band Information
Sëbasröckets is a Melbourne sleaze band channeling the spirit of the New York Dolls and the embryonic Mötley Crüe. Their style is a cross between classic glam/hair metal and trashy punk. The band's album was completed is late 2003/early 2004 but the group was unable to find release for it until they were offered a deal with Faultline.
In 2004 they supported Brides of Destruction and appeared at Metal for the Brain in Canberra in early 2005. In mid-2005 Sëbasröckets toured nationally with Hell City Glamours and supported Crucified Barbara in late 2006. After this the band split with Faultline and by mid-2007 was beginning work on a second album.
The band supported Hardcore Superstar in early 2008, after which they announced they were going into hiatus.
