Seventh Eve originated out of Newcastle, Australia. Starting in 1999, Tim Ward and Lee Stanton started jamming while still at school, because they were both into music. Having played for a while they wanted to get a band together. Starting out with Tim and Lee they went through various lineups and members. Seventh Eve didn't actually become a band until 2002, Which had the lineup of - Tim - Guitar, Lee - Drums, Ben Smith - Bass and Josh "Mushy" on vocals. Songs were very sketchy as the first four songs written were instrumental until lyrics were written and a vocalist was found. This was during the time they were called Critical Mass, in which the line up changed various times. These songs were called Critical Mass, Hybrid Asylum, Power! and Shup Up and Clone Me. Having broken up in 2005, all the members went separate ways.
