Acacia formed in Toowoomba, QLD, in 2008 and gigged locally until they disbanded in 2010. A short time later, Penny McKay and Jaymes Farr reformed the band with a completely new line-up in Brisbane. At the end of the year the band recorded an EP that was released in 2011.
