Band information
Tensions Arise is a groove metal band formed in western Sydney in 2008. The band played its first show in early 2010; shortly afterwards Essen left only to rejoin again later in the year when Sparky departed. After releasing an EP in late 2010, the band added second guitarist Vanessa in mid-2011. Plans are afoot to record an album in 2012 with Logan Mader in LA.
