Band information

Buried in Verona is a melodic metalcore band from Sydney that formed in 2006. Richie Newman joined on drums ahead of the release of their debut album on 23 August 2008 but announced his departure in September. Circle the Dead featured commercial metalcore in the style of Parkway Drive and the band was nominated for an Australian Metal Award for the artwork in 2009. In early 2010 Buried in Verona recorded their second album in Sweden with Frederick Nordstrom; Saturday Night Sever was released in May. Newman has rejoined the band.
