Band information
Blathudah was an excellent speed metal band with a feel and execution similar to Slayer who employed a high degree of humour in their lyrics. The band moved to Sydney from Lismore shortly after John Fowler joined the band and in mid-95 released a EP. Blathudah was one of the Sydney's more popular metal bands for two or three years and even managed to tie up a publishing deal with Warners. However, by late in 1996 the various members decided to go their separate ways and Blathudah played its last gigs in December.
