Band information
Formed in 2009 by Skene from Anubis, Hemina is a Sydney progressive metal band. An EP was released in August 2010 and after a year of regular gigging, the group released a full length album twelve months later. Andrew Craig left the band at the end of 2011 to concentrate on Katabasis and he was replaced by Mathew Irsak. 2012 was a busy year for Hemina on the live front and ended with Irsak leaving the band in November. The group is currently seeking a drummer as they work on a new EP for 2013. Mid-2013 they toured nationally with Kamelot.
