Band information
Athenas Wake are from Geelong, playing a mixture of modern deathcore and black metal. After forming in 2010, the band made a solid name on the local circuit. During 2012 they appeared with Impending Doom and their first EP was released in 2013. After this Adam Caciolo was sidelined with dermatomyostis for several months and his brother Daniel stood in. Late in the year Athenas Wake played with Thy Art is Murder and began work on a second CD that was released in 2014.
