Bloodredskies was formed as a side-project by Enlightened by Darkness vocalist Hayden Mitton in early 2008. When that band split a few months later, he recruited two other former members to assist in the recording of an album. The music is heavy and aggressive modern thrash similar to but more extreme than EBD's heavier moments.
