===Band information===

Human Error formed in Dubbo, NSW in 2004. While still seeking a bass player, the band has played frequently at regional shows and completed a demo featuring some good quality if generic melodic death metal.
Human Error hailed from the regional NSW central west city of Dubbo, combining a style of melodic death metal, breakdowns and thrash. The band was formed by longtime friends Hines, Nelson and Fenech who released the demo "Evolution is Obsolete" in late 2005. Their album from 2009 showed Human Error to have moved into a more death metal direction.
