Human Error hailed from the regional NSW central west city of Dubbo, combining a style of melodic death metal, breakdowns and thrash. The band was formed by longtime friends Hines, Nelson and Fenech who released the demo "Evolution is Obsolete" in late 2005. Their album from 2009 showed Human Error to have moved into a more death metal direction.


HUMANERROR was formed in the earnest of 2006 with longtime friends mitch, daniel and matt determined to create a form of audio designed to both arouse and destroy the senses.

This demo was unleashed on the public and the internet in late 2005, although receiving glowing acclaim and criticism alike, and though you may hear the band performing songs from it live, it in no way represents where the band are and will remain nothing more than an experiment.
