Jon Green joined The Red Shore as their touring bassist on a national excursion with I Killed the Prom Queen and left Picture the End to remain with that band permanently shortly afterward.
A second album was being recorded; in September the band supported Testament and Carcass in October. Stu Callinan then left the group in December. Speartackle guitarists Cam Wilson and Drew Hilton joined Picture the End in early 2009.
