Signal the Firing Squad won the opening slot for the Brisbane leg of the [[Summer Slaughter]] tour in March 2009 and in May they toured nationally with [[Thy Art is Murder]].
Signal Te Firing Squad are a musically jaw dropping and skull crushingly heavy band with a large local fanbase which is set to soar with the release of their debut album Earth Harvest, recorded at RTD Studios on the Sunshine Coast. The band has played shows amongst Australia's leading metal bands, as well as touring with Sydney's Thy Art Is Murder. STFS also opened for the Brisbane leg of the Summer Slaughter tour featuring international acts including Necrophagist, The Faceless and Aborted.
