Band information

Vomitorial Corpulence is an extreme grind band, formed by Paul Green, a former member of Excarnated and Mark Hamilton, with drumming by O'Neil Alexander of Cryptal Darkness. This line-up produced a 21-track album Karrionic Hacktician that was released as part of the Rowe Productions compilation CD The Extreme Truth in 1995. Alexander left the band after this and Chris Valentine replaced him. This new line-up recorded Skin Stripper, a 27-track release of sheer grind chaos in a similar vein to early Carcass. Shortly after the album's release, Valentine and Hamilton both left the band and Green returned to Excarnated briefly to help out at some live shows.

In December 2001, Green moved to Minnesota in the US and reformed Vomitorial Corpulence with wife Maria on bass plus Peters and Kellerman on vocals. The band was picked up by Morbid Records who re-released Skin Stripper and work was started on a new album. However, in mid-2003, the Greens returned to Australia and put the band on ice, severing their association with Morbid at the same time as they felt the label was pressuring them to change Vomitorial Corpulence's Christian focus.
