Werewolves was formed by The Antichrist Imperium and former The Berzerker bandmates Sam Bean and Matt Wilcock and Psycroptic and Abramelin drummer Dave Haley in Melbourne in 2019. The debut album The Dead Are Screaming was recorded and released almost immediately and the second album followed less than a year later. Third album From the Cave to the Grave was released in June 2022 and Werewolves played their first ever live show in Sydney the next day.
