Band Information
Teargas was originally a melodic hard rock band. After a number of line-up changes Josh Andrea and Luciano Alvaro were brought into the group and Teargas began to develop a darker and heavier style, blending its hard rock roots with melodic traditional metal. In early 2007 the band completed an EP with The Red Shore guitarist Roman Koester producing. Mid-year Andrea departed with original bass player Steve Cox returning for some live shows before Slaviero took over at the end of 2007. Cox was with Vanishing Point briefly and later Black Like Vengeance.
