Elysian is a progressive death metal band from Melbourne. After building a reputation for solid material on their home circuit, the band released a self-titled EP in 2010. Bassist Syph was replaced a few months later and during 2011 the band toured the east coast with [[Ignite the Ibex]] and [[Alice Through the Windshield Glass]] and a short time later did more touring with [[Synthetic Breed]]. The band released the full-length album in 2012 and are supporting it with more touring, including a show with '''Arch Enemy''' in late April.
