Dyscord is a bad from Perth playing an effective if strictly generic brand of metalcore. The band formed in 2003 and before long began racking up some serious supports to bands like Alchemist and The Mark of Cain and then a string of international acts including Mudvayne, The Haunted, Static X and Ill Nino.
In 2006, Dyscord released a six-track EP and toured nationally with The Black Dahlia Murder. In March 2007 the band toured with God Forbid and featured at the Overcranked Festival in Brisbane. After Chuah and Blythman were replaced, the band began work on a full length album that was released in March 2008.
