Formed in 2005 when the line-up condensed, Anarchsphere was a Melbourne modern thrash band. They completed a pair of demos and developed a strong presence on the live scene. In late 2006 Steve left the band replaced by Lach Weir who moved to Melbourne from Sydney to join the band. In 2007 they appeared at [[Metalstock]] and began work on a full-length recording. During October 2008, Anarchsphere supported '''Testament''' nationally; guitarist Chris left the band the following December. Sean Blanchard joined a month later but the band seems to have disappeared.
