Band Information
The Deadly was formed in Melbourne in 2002 with members coming from a variety of bands. Stirling was from Earth and Embodied, Prior from Clauz and Withoos was ex-Atomizer and also formerly of Earth. An early death metal style soon developed into a dark rock direction with a Gothic metal inflection. After an EP and an appearance at Metal for the Brain, the band changed its name to Darkest Dawn in 2006.
