In Malice’s Wake is a four-piece thrash metal band from Melbourne. The band was formed in 2002 by both the Farrugia brothers, with David Lowes and Ben Withers. After releasing a demo in 2003, Withers departed to be replaced by ex-Legion bassist David Graham. In 2005, the band released the EP Blackened Skies.
