Band Information

Post Life Disorder was a Brisbane three piece with a musical style hard to define as it tends to drift between long, epic, bottom-feeding sludge rock pieces one moment and abrasive metalcore the next. International supports to the likes of Entombed and Skinlab and a strong debut mini-CD brought the band some notice and the band featured at Metal for the Brain in 2000 and again in 2001. The following year they supported Kittie and started work on the full length album. Post Life Disorder finished 2002 by supporting Destruction; the album saw release in early 2003 after PLD had featured at the Gold Coast Big Day Out. The band has been in hiatus ever since.

With Kent Haines from Hollow, Anthony Palmer is the promoter of Brisbane’s Overcranked festival.
