The band's five-track debute was recorded in 2007 with an almost completely different line-up to that which existed when it was released almost two years later. Howsie was a member of Terrorust briefly during 2006. Hatchet Dawn opened for Marilyn Manson in October 2009. Adam "Loki" Stewart and Ben Vengeance were removed from the band in late January 2010.
