Band Information
MurderWorld is a Sydney thrash band that was formed in 2004 by former Apolyom guitarist Querruel, ex-Abortus and Inferis drummer Upston and Phythian, formerly of Descend. After recruiting Leggatt and Devescovic, the band began playing live in 2005 and started work on a CD. The vocalist left MurderWorld in early 2006 and keen to continue without delay, Phythian took on the role however Upston then quit MurderWorld in September. He was replaced by Zac Sale from Querruel's other band Head Hammer. The band’s album, completed in the meantime, was eventually released in March 2007. The following September, the group announced it would split up at the end of the year following the departure of Querruel.
