Band information
Against the Grain was a heavy metal band from Ballarat. They moved eventually to Melbourne, when the line-up changed although the band was not sustained. Bizarrely, another completely unrelated band called Against the Grain came out of Ballarat in 2001 before later changing its name to 36 Minutes of Murder.
