Post Life Disorder was a Brisbane three piece with a musical style hard to define as it tends to drift between long, epic, bottom-feeding sludge rock pieces one moment and abrasive metalcore the next. International supports to the likes of '''Entombed''' and '''Skinlab''' and a strong debut mini-CD brought the band some notice and the band featured at [[Metal for the Brain]] in 2000 and again in 2001. The following year they supported '''Kittie''' and started work on the full length album. Post Life Disorder finished 2002 by supporting '''Destruction'''; the album saw release in early 2003 after PLD had featured at the Gold Coast Big Day Out. The band has been in hiatus ever since.
