Featuring former members of StarGazer and Oni, Beyond Mortal Dreams is a death metal band from Adelaide that formed after the demise of Oni in 2003. Some of the songs on the EP were recorded in 2004 but the CD remained uncompleted until 2006. As a three piece of Doomsayer, Hellaeon and Ghuul, the band's first live appearance was opening for Behemoth in January 2006; since then Bloodspawn has joined the line-up. Hellaeon departed in March 2008 and Beyond Mortal Dreams is currently seeking a replacement.
