After almost 3 years, the band played a reunion gig at [[Infernofest]] in March 2008. The band was well accepted at the gig. Playing a short set of entirely old songs, most were from 'High Binder' with a couple of newer ones thrown in. The gig was played as a seven-piece, the same line-up as when we split in 2005.

In April 2008, the band decided to continue as a five-piece. D9 has been chipping away at new songs since then, all the while making time to play a handful of shows sharing the stage with [[Segression]], [[Dreamkillers]], [[The Dead]], Silver Ocean Storm and playing a top slot at [[Infernofest]] 1,2 & 3 and [Dead Of Winter]] ’09 and ‘10.
