Orpheus is a Melbourne band playing '''Dark Tranquility'''-style melodic death metal. Despite being only a fairly new act, Orpheus has already a major support, opening for '''Amon Amarth''' during 2009, and completed an EP. They announced a signing to Just Say Rock Records in mid-2010.
The single ''Within the Walls'' was released in August ahead of a tour with '''Be'lakor'''.
