Band information
Konskriptor are a fast-paced aggressive-styled thrash metal band from the rural Queensland city of Toowoomba. The band was originally conceived by vocalist Muz and guitarist Clark in early 2010, the line-up eventually filled by former Acacia guitarist Dan "Watto" Watson, Eternal Rest drummer Michael Hunter, and bassist Jameson. This line-up shortly released an online demo in late 2010.
After garnering a strong fanbase in their hometown, the band relocated to Brisbane in late 2011 and recorded a six-song EP titled E(PMS). In 2012, Konskriptor supported Japanese death metallers GxSxD in Toowoomba, and after playing a Brisbane support to US thrashers Warbringer later in the year, the band decided to call it quits. Clark had previously joined Hunter in Eternal Rest and continues to this day. Muz now fronts Malakyte.
