Not to be confused with the [[Persecution|Sydney death metal band]], this Persecution was a short-lived thrash and death act from Frankston. Were called [[No Remorse (Vic)]] for a short time and released a demo in 1989. Anthony 'Nats' on vocals. Paul Shirt [[Sanctum]] on drums. Name change in 1990 and new demo released with Jezz now on vocals. Merm, Jezz and Bo played in Dehumanizer 2009-2010. Merm Sauzier died after a battle with cancer in March 2010.
