Band information
'Neath is a four-piece band from Brisbane that plays simply excellent and epic progressive melodic death metal. Live performances have been rare as the band continues to develop its sound in the studio, although Lingard has recorded and played some shows with Defamer.
A demo in 2006 was followed about a year later by the stunning debut album The Spider's Sleep. A second album wsa released in November 2008. Early in 2009 the band toured the east coast with Misery, Mournful Congregation and Oracle of the Void as part of an Obsidian Records package and in May they opened for Cradle of Filth. In September the band will appear at Against the Grain.
