This lineup recorded the five-track EP ''Faith in Chaos'' in 2007 but it remained un-released for two years due to a lineup change early in 2008 that saw all original members except Howsie Noise move on to work in other bands and projects.

Hatchet Dawn released a debut album ''Rebirth'' on September 9, 2011. ''Rebirth'' was mixed by Grammy award winning producer '''Neil Kernon'''. Hatchet Dawn opened for the '''Misfits''' in Melbourne December 2011 during the "Halloween Rebirth Tour 2011".
