Band Information
A traditional-styled heavy metal group from the northern suburbs of Brisbane. Metallurgy was formed in early 2003 by Liam Guy and and James Ellis with Simon Polhill on bass. After a few live shows in 2003, Polhill left the group due to medical reasons and the band didn't play live again until 2005 with a different line-up, which changed again in 2007 with Tsimouris and Born From the Ashes and ex-Praetorian guitarist Ahles. The band is currently preparing its first full-length album. Liam Guy and Simon Polhill are both members of Sedition and Polhill also has a solo recording project. Guy left Metallurgy at the beginning of 2010.
