Band information
Dred is a death metal band formed by Denis Vlachiotis and Michael Conti in Sydney in 2001. By late 2005 the line-up was completed when Evgeny Linnik from Celestial joined. A few months later a four track EP emerged.
Late in 2007, Vlachiotis left Dred. He has since been replaced by Chris Jones from Black Asylum. The band won the opening spot for the Sydney leg of the Summer Slaughter tour in March 2009. In late May, they changed their name to Ouroboros.
