Band information
Daemon Foetal Harvest is a brutal death metal band from Wollongong, originally formed by Keith and Alex in 2006. Recruiting ex-Secratain member Lomas on drums, Craig from Battalion on vocals and bassist Rod the band recorded a five-track EP but Lomas departed shortly afterwards to join The Furor. Early the next year Daemon Foetal Harvest supported Nervecell and did other live shows utilising a drum machine; two of the band's songs also appeared on an episode of Fat Pizza. After a short stint with Aeturnus Dominion, Paul Ibbotson joined the band on drums in early 2008 and the band supported Krisiun and Morbid Angel in 2009. In late 2010 they opened for Napalm Death in Sydney and then completed work on the album Where it Dwells. A national tour to support the release began in mid-2011 and they appeared at Bastardfest in September; they again appeared on that bill at several shows in late 2012. In early 2013, Daemon Foetal Harvest supported Obituary and the band's music has featured on Fat Pizza, Housos and Shift & Shift Couriers. Following the departure of Paul McIntyre in 2013, Goibniu Walton joined Daemon Foetal Harvest and a second album appeared in November 2015.
