Formed in Perth as a duo of ex-[[Centaur]] and [[Pathogen]] vocalist Cressal and Curley on guitar, Malignant Monster plays aggressive, melodic death and thrash. The band’s live line-up was completed in late 2005 with the addition of Barton from '''Pathogen''', Stanley from '''Centaur''' and Elzer and after the release of the album, most of which was recorded by the original duo of Cressal and Curley. Elzer left the band in early 2007 and was replaced by Dee, Malignant Monster was able to uphold a support gig to '''God Forbid''' in March. Since then they have opened for '''Marduk''' and '''The Black Dahlia Murder'''.
